This page explains how a user can request account deletion, what data may be deleted, what may be retained for safety or legal reasons, and how to contact Blindly for help.
Open Blindly and go to your profile settings. Use the Delete account option inside the app. Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the deletion request.
We will remove or de-identify your active account data from normal product surfaces, including your profile visibility and in-app access. Some records may still be retained for a limited period in backup systems, abuse-prevention logs, financial records, or legal compliance systems where necessary.
If you cannot access the app, need help with a deletion request, want to report a safety issue, or need support with your account, email team@matchblindly.in.
If you purchased a subscription or other digital item through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must manage cancellation and refund requests through the same store account used for purchase. Store billing rules apply.
